VALLURE DESIGNS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.⁠ ⁠Orders & Payments
• A 60% non-refundable (for fabric consultantion and time spent ) deposit is required to confirm any order.
• No work will begin until the deposit is received.
• The remaining balance must be paid before collection or delivery.

2.⁠ ⁠Pricing
• Prices are based on design complexity, fabric, and labor.
• Any additional changes requested after confirmation may result in extra charges.
•⁠ ⁠Should you require an express delivery the is an extra charge.

3.⁠ ⁠Production Time
• Standard production time will be communicated upon order confirmation.
• Delays may occur if the client fails to attend fittings or provide required materials on time.

4.⁠ ⁠Fittings
• Clients are allowed a limited number of fittings (to be specified per garment).
• Missed appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced fitting time or rescheduling.
•⁠ ⁠For ready to wear usually take 7 to 14 working days.
•⁠ ⁠For contour designs it takes a minimum of 1 to 3 months.

5.⁠ ⁠Design Changes
• Minor adjustments are allowed.
• Major design changes after production has started will incur additional costs.

6.⁠ ⁠Cancellations & Refunds
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable once paid amount, a person will be able to get 20% back.
• Orders cancelled after production has started will not be refunded.

7.⁠ ⁠Collection & Delivery
• Clients will be notified once garments are ready.
• Garments must be collected within a specified time frame.
• Vallure Designs is not responsible for items not collected after an extended period.
•⁠ ⁠On delivery the customers bears the cost of the delivery fee.

8.⁠ ⁠Quality Assurance
• All garments are carefully inspected before collection , if they are a reject a customer is allowed to do an exchange.
• Once collected, Vallure Designs is not liable for damages caused after handover , if garment was not a reject.

9.⁠ ⁠Communication
• All official communication must be through designated business channels (WhatsApp ( 078 750 6313 ) email (info@vallure.co.za) or Instagram ( @valluresa ) .

10.⁠ ⁠Agreement
By paying a deposit, the client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
